Posting Instructions:

*Posting Adv.: Go to "POST AD" page and just fill in the columns provided. Click "Submit". Will not allow multiple postings.

*Find your own Adv.: Search box help to find your adv. by keying your phone number or your name or any content word of that you used while posting.

*Label
Labels like "Have property , Want property , Common room, Master room, hdb, condo Location etc.," for your convenient filtering.

*Quick Responses Tips:
Make your posts popular: To make your post popular and quick result in this blog after posted share it with social media like (facebook, tweet, google+ etc.,) on yours specified adv. That's it.

*Communicate With Clients:
Provide your phone number, mail id in posting, Also comment box in blog helps you to chat with clients. To get Alerts of your post's comments by clients: At the bottom of comment box, Click "Subscribe by email".

Amending Post: Yes amending can be done by updating in your comment box.

*Removing Adv.: Once you got the deal settled and you want to remove your adv. Comment in your adv. comment box as "UNIT TAKEN, NO MORE AVAILABLE". So then a cute"TAKEN" word will be placed on your adv.
